Artwork Guide

Preparing your artwork

Good artwork makes a good print. Here is what works best, and what we can sort out for you if it does not.

Best file formats

Resolution

300dpi at the size it will be printed. A 1000px wide image is fine at 85mm wide and poor at 250mm wide. If in doubt, send the largest version you have.

Fonts

Convert text to outlines or paths before sending. If we do not have your font, text reflows and the layout changes.

Colours

Tell us the Pantone references if you have them. If not, we will match as closely as we can and show you before we print. Each colour in your design is a separate screen, so the colour count affects the price - see our colour count guide.

Print size

Every garment has a maximum print area, shown in the configurator when you pick it. We will scale your artwork to fit and confirm the finished size with you.

Not sure?

Upload whatever you have. We check every file by hand before it goes near a press, and we will come back to you if there is a problem - we will not print something we know will look poor.
